Overview

The Specialty Representative for Dermatology will be responsible for executing brand strategy and tactics in the field, managing sales performance, and building strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong presentation and selling skills.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
• Experience in leadership and collaboration.
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas and competitive landscape.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
