Overview

The Specialty Representative for Dermatology will execute brand strategy and sales performance in the field, managing assigned territory and building strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance while adhering to AbbVie’s business conduct and regulations.

  • Document success in sales and leadership roles.
  • Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
  • At least five years of relevant industry experience, with three years in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales with strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt selling approaches based on customer behavior.
  • Experience in leadership and collaborative roles.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic areas and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening test.
  • Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
