Overview

The Specialty Representative for Dermatology will be responsible for executing brand strategy and sales performance within the assigned territory, focusing on building strong customer relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.

  • Develop and execute call plans to achieve sales objectives.

  • Identify and develop disease state experts and advocates.
  • Meet HCIR credentialing requirements for territory access.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for brand strategy alignment.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and meet driving requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, or business-related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience required.
  • Proven success in sales and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
  • Leadership experience and ability to influence others.
  • Documented success in sales performance within therapeutic areas.
  • Strong scientific and competitive knowledge in the field.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
  • Valid driver's license required.
