Overview

As a Specialty Representative for AbbVie, you will be responsible for executing brand strategies and managing sales performance within your assigned territory, focusing on building strong customer relationships in the dermatology sector.

  • Field-based role covering Worcester, MA, Springfield, MA, Framingham, MA, Milford, MA, Nashua, NH, and Concord, NH.
  • Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets.
  • Create and execute pre-call plans and post-call evaluations.
  • Build trusted customer relationships to achieve win-win agreements.
  • Develop and execute call plans to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Understand market landscape and share insights with teams.
  • Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with healthcare providers.
  • Documented success in sales and leadership roles.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet health care industry credentialing requirements.
  • Proficient in business tools and strategic thinking capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
  • Five years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Proven success in sales with solid presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer style.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic areas and competitive knowledge.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and maintain driving requirements.
