In Short

  • Lead and grow partnerships with national REITs and large ownership groups.
  • Combine relationship management, consultative selling, and data-driven insights.
  • Drive occupancy, revenue, and retention across a national portfolio.
  • Align A Place for Mom’s value proposition with client investment priorities.
  • Provide data-driven insights for capital allocation and portfolio planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Craft customized growth roadmaps for REIT portfolios.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within each portfolio.
  • Monitor account performance and market conditions.
  • Represent A Place for Mom at industry forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or finance-related degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of account management or business development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of REIT structures and investment models.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Deep experience in data-driven strategy and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Financial fluency and ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage complexity across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner engagements.
