Overview

The Senior Strategic Account Manager role is an opportunity to drive the company’s sales growth by engaging with, and technically supporting, large end-customers who have prior engagements with Natron Energy, as well as new marquee accounts.

In Short

  • Pipeline targets from bankable data center (primary market) and UPS OEMs.
  • Develop and close sales orders in line with quota expectations.
  • Work in-the-field with Strategic Integration Partners and UPS OEMs to build the Pipeline and Book Orders from end customers.
  • Grow Natron’s sales pipeline and manage large end-customer relationships.
  • Develop and manage responses to customer RFIs, RFPs, and quotations.
  • Manage day-to-day activities to achieve sales objectives and personal KPIs.
  • Support tradeshows and marketing events to identify and grow the end-customer base.
  • Engage with Product Engineering and Technology teams for customer alignment.
  • Assist with marketing materials and customer presentations.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales engineering experience in data center applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
