Overview

A Place for Mom is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance – Sales Compensation to manage compensation programs that drive Sales performance and support company goals.

In Short

  • Key role in Finance Organization focused on sales compensation.
  • Responsible for calculation and reporting of compensation programs.
  • Work closely with sales teams and senior leadership.
  • Analyze data to provide insights for business decisions.
  • Calculate monthly and quarterly bonus payments.
  • Prepare reports and present results to senior leadership.
  • Assist in evaluating and upgrading compensation tools.
  • Resolve disputes and reconcile data discrepancies.
  • Develop real-time visibility reports into sales performance.
  • Assist in designing changes to sales compensation plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, payroll, or accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with sales teams.
  • Experience in cross-functional partnerships.
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
