Overview

Twilio is looking for a Manager of Sales Compensation to join our Sales Compensation team. This role is critical in providing tailored support and enhanced engagement to our Sales teams to motivate them to succeed.

In Short

  • Manage the team interacting with the Sales Team daily.
  • Develop relationships with business partners to address Compensation questions.
  • Possess an understanding of sales incentive programs and policies.
  • Generate Sales Compensation dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Articulate complex calculations into easily digestible explanations.
  • Manage quotas and ensure accurate compensation payments.
  • Analyze sales performance results and key compensation metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Compensation in Software / Technology industry.
  • 2+ years of Sales Compensation results visualization (Tableau is a +).
  • Process oriented with high-level analysis capabilities.
  • Intimate understanding of sales incentive programs.
  • Excellence in structuring complex problems and developing solutions.
