Overview

Centric Software is seeking a highly skilled hands-on Manager to join our dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will oversee global sales commission accounting and related financial reporting.

In Short

  • Responsible for the administration of Global Sales Incentive Plan.
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely calculation of sales compensation.
  • Perform and/or review validation of monthly commission calculations.
  • Account for sales compensation and costs to obtain sales contracts.
  • Prepare and/or oversee preparation of monthly account analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and SOX controls.
  • Manage the sales compensation team.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and at least 5 years’ applicable work experience.
  • Corporate accounting experience within a public company preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting for costs to obtain customer contracts under IFRS 15.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • Problem-solving skills with effective solutions.
  • Proven success in relationship management.
  • Leadership experience and strong communication skills.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and ERPs like NetSuite.
  • Experience with Salesforce and incentive compensation tools preferred.
