Overview

The Compensation Manager, Global Rewards will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Coursera’s global compensation strategies. This role is responsible for analyzing market trends, benchmarking internal data, and providing actionable insights to drive effective decision-making.

  • Conduct detailed market and internal analyses to benchmark salaries, bonuses, and incentive plans.
  • Develop and refine compensation models that support Coursera’s global rewards philosophy.
  • Lead the administration of annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain job architecture and salary structures.
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards highlighting compensation trends.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in compensation practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation strategy and best practices.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance the employee experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in executive compensation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling techniques.
  • Strong track record of leveraging AI for insights.
  • Experience managing large datasets and developing dashboards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
