Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or revenue operations.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation structures.
• Expert in compensation tools, Salesforce, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
