Overview

As a Senior Account Executive on the North American Enterprise Account team, you will be responsible for driving revenue in North America with a focus on the Enterprise segment. You will learn and execute sales methodologies to hit quotas and enhance your sales skills.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Help mentor junior Account Executives.
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert on the 360Learning platform.
  • Tackle complex, multi-threaded deals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment as an Account Executive.
  • Experience selling learning solutions or HR Tech products.
  • Formal training on selling methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience executing complex software demos.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Enthusiasm for the working environment of Convexity.
