Overview

As HR Business Partner, you are the key player to lead impactful and transformative initiatives that elevate employee engagement, foster a culture of learning and growth, and enhance organizational resilience.

In Short

• Support and guide coaches to enable compelling career experiences for 150 employees.
• Partner with internal centers of expertise in Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Total Rewards.
• Work remotely or in the Paris office.
• Meet the People & Culture team and learn about company processes within the first month.
• Support quarterly performance reviews and coach leadership teams within three months.
• Make impactful recommendations for team action plans within six months.
• Deliver high-profile global projects within 12 months.
• Participate in global DEI efforts and partner with ERGs.
• Collaborate with an HR Ops Associate for effective teamwork.
• Contribute to a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• 3+ years in HR Leadership roles in France.
• Good level in FR employment law.
• Excellent coaching abilities and business acumen.
• Hands-on, results-oriented with a data-driven approach.
• Passion for diversity and transparency.
• Fluent in English (US/UK) and B2 level in French.
• Enthusiasm for the company’s working environment.
