Overview

360Learning is looking for a Head of Business Development to join our EMEA team. Your mission will be to scale a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDR) to enable 360Learning hypergrowth in France, UK and Germany.

In Short

  • Scale and coach the BDR team for hypergrowth.
  • Align strategy with Marketing & Sales leadership.
  • Accountable for the team’s performance.
  • Improve outbound team messaging and productivity.
  • Utilize strong inbound capabilities and tech stack.
  • Thorough onboarding and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Provide call coaching and email reviews.
  • Lead projects to enhance BDR performance.
  • Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
  • Work remotely from anywhere in France.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to coach a team of 7+ members.
  • Experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for learning and education.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong preferred.
