Client Success Partner - Mid Market - Remote

Overview

As a Client Success Partner (CSP), you will support our clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform, managing client relationships and ensuring contract renewals.

In Short

• Support clients in digital training strategy
• Ensure contract renewals
• Manage a portfolio of clients
• Master the product and corporate culture
• Participate in customer meetings
• Define learning transformation roadmap
• Reduce churn by identifying at-risk customers
• Develop relationships with top management teams
• Work with Account Managers for new project opportunities
• Share best practices with the Client Success team

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in Client Success or Customer Success
• Experience in delivering business reviews
• Experience in SaaS B2B industry is a plus
• Keen interest in digital industry and e-learning
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in French and proficient in English (B2 minimum)
