Client Success Partner - Mid Market - Remote

Overview

As a Client Success Partner (CSP), you will support our clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform, ensuring contract renewals and managing client relationships.

In Short

• Ensure contract renewals and manage client portfolios.
• Coordinate resources for client success.
• Work closely with clients to achieve business objectives.
• Master the product and corporate culture.
• Participate in customer meetings.
• Identify and document customer use-cases.
• Develop strong relationships with clients.
• Reduce churn and identify at-risk customers.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in Client Success or Customer Success roles.
• Experience in delivering business reviews and onboarding clients.
• Previous experience in the SaaS B2B industry is a plus.
• Interest in digital industry and e-learning.
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English (B2 minimum).
