In Short

  • Serve as a trusted technical point of contact for production support.
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams.
  • Proactively monitor key data pipelines.
  • Support the triage process for inbound support cases.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tooling and ticketing systems.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and process development.
  • Foster a strong culture of empathy and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support or customer success engineering role.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Familiarity with production monitoring tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
