In Short

• Lead the engineering team to execute the platform vision.
• Build and scale a high-performing engineering team.
• Support a cloud-native, distributed system for healthcare data.
• Implement engineering best practices and CI/CD.
• Guide teams in adopting AI-powered tooling and automation.
• Define and track engineering OKRs and metrics.
• Collaborate with product and compliance teams for secure solutions.

• Ensure uptime and reliability of critical systems.
• Foster a culture of excellence within the engineering team.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience with distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in backend technologies and data pipelines.
• Strong track record of leading engineering teams.
• Experience in regulated industries or compliant systems.
• Excellent communication and strategic execution skills.
• Preference for Boston-based candidates.
