• Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver product and platform excellence.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to build achievable roadmaps.
• Promote strong SDLC practices including testing and CI/CD.
• Provide technical direction and participate in architectural decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define priorities and requirements.
• Track and improve engineering metrics such as code quality.
• Champion reliability, observability, and security in architecture.
• Experience in cloud-native and data-intensive environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience in early-to-mid-stage startups.
• Hands-on background as a software engineer or technical lead.
• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, containers).
• Experience with platform services and data ingestion systems.
• Demonstrated ability to enforce secure SDLC and DevSecOps best practices.
• Strong communication skills.
