Overview

The ZBR Manager EMEA is responsible for leading the Zuora Business Representatives team, focusing on both Sales Development and Business Development roles, to enhance team performance and achieve sales objectives.

In Short

  • Lead and motivate a team of ZBRs in London and Paris.
  • Establish team objectives and provide training opportunities.
  • Analyze call data to improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive opportunities.
  • Utilize industry knowledge for account development.
  • Prospect through various channels including cold calling and social selling.
  • Leverage AI for process efficiencies.
  • Manage activities and results using Salesforce and Outreach.io.
  • Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Foster a high-energy and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in sales/business development for a SaaS company.
  • Minimum 2 years in a sales/business development management role.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening and writing skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Self-starter with a track record of achievements.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
