Marketing Manager - EMEA - Remote

Overview

As a UK-based Marketing Manager in a remote first working environment, you will be responsible for driving campaign strategy in the region, developing and executing marketing initiatives to build awareness and consideration of Instructure’s products across EMEA.

In Short

• Develop quarterly and yearly campaign strategies and programmes.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams for account-based marketing.
• Drive campaign execution and optimisation with various marketing teams.
• Analyse and optimise campaigns based on results.
• Become a subject matter expert in market conditions and personas.
• Own end-to-end coordination/execution of campaigns.
• Manage programme timelines and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Manage external vendors for programme planning and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology or creative arts.
• 5+ years experience in campaign management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent strategic and creative thinking skills.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
• Experience across EMEA markets.
• Ability to develop programme management tools is a plus.
• Experience in education or EdTech is desired.
