Overview

The Field Account Executive - Enterprise will represent Zones and its IT solutions to clients, focusing on building relationships and expanding the client portfolio.

In Short

  • Practice strategic relationship development and management for clients.
  • Become a trusted client partner and extension of their IT department.
  • Collaborate with IT decision makers to improve technology infrastructure.
  • Initiate conversations and identify sales opportunities.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Research and execute calls into prospects and client accounts.
  • Orchestrate internal resources to exceed client expectations.
  • Work in a team sales environment with various departments.
  • Maintain a productive cadence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Absorb technology concepts and translate them to client solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of outside field sales experience in IT.
  • Ability to navigate enterprise-level organizations.
  • Experience in carrying individual sales quota.
  • CRM database experience.
  • Knowledge of Professional and Managed Services.
