Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager‘s role is to develop and manage partnerships with global and enterprise clients, and manage the daily implementation of these partnerships to address customer challenges.

In Short

• Lead large, complex, enterprise-wide projects & managed services engagements through all project lifecycle phases.
• Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships at all levels, including C-level.
• Accountable for meeting revenue, profit, and growth objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships and communications at all levels of the organization.
• Optimize resource allocation, scheduling, and utilization.
• Support senior executives in strategic analysis and project scoping.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding project performance.
• Plan and facilitate internal and client meetings.
• Identify risks and develop risk mitigation actions.
• Train, mentor, and coach subordinates and peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Service Delivery or Project Management.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience with executives.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, including risk management and project management.
• Extensive experience in managing large Managed Services engagements.
• Leadership skills across multiple project environments.
• Experience with business transformation and change management.
• Experience managing service level agreements.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
• PMP Certification preferred.
