Director of Strategic Alliances, APAC - Remote

Overview

The Director of Strategic Alliances, APAC will play a key leadership role in Zone’s Channel & Alliances team, responsible for expanding the partner ecosystem across the APAC region.

• Lead and execute partner strategy across the APAC region.
• Build scalable systems and processes to manage and grow partnerships.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners.
• Deepen engagement and increase revenue contribution from existing partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage the partner lifecycle.
• Develop and execute partner-specific GTM strategies.
• Establish and track revenue and performance metrics for the partner program.
• Build and implement rules of engagement for different partner types.
• Lead partner enablement efforts with training and support.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integrations and technology partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances or partnerships.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through scalable partner programs.
• Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of the NetSuite ecosystem or ERP-related solutions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive influencing skills.
• Ability to design and implement systems for growth.
• Experience in partner enablement and performance tracking.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across global time zones.
