Zilliant is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Business Development to join our team. As a Manager of Business Development, you will lead a global team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our organization. Your primary goal will be to expand our customer base and increase market share by creating and implementing effective business development strategies.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive BDR strategy aligned with corporate V2MOM.
  • Build and scale a high-performing BDR organization.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to optimize team capacity and outreach strategies.
  • Analyze KPIs to assess team performance and present insights to leadership.
  • Maximize the impact of tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
  • Focus on high-value target accounts using market intelligence.
  • Implement advanced training programs and mentorship initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations for process refinement.
  • Identify and implement new strategies to enhance pipeline creation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development or sales.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
