In Short

  • Manage and nurture customer and OEM partner technical relationships.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers with active contracts.
  • Provide technical training and support to maximize customer use of ZEDEDA’s solutions.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to influence product enhancements.
  • Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
  • Perform regular Health Checks on customers with active contracts.
  • Assist in the development and execution of Success Plans.
  • Engage with ZEDEDA groups to monitor and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on ZEDEDA Edge Computing solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics related to customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in large scale deployments and relevant technologies.
  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML workloads with emphasis on Edge AI solutions.
  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior business and technical managers.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, growth-oriented mindset.
