Partner Success Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Partner Success Specialist, you will be responsible for technical integrations and support for all our partners in the post sales lifecycle, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support.

• Collaborate with partners for smooth technical integrations.
• Provide guidance during the implementation phase.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical implementations or support.
• Proficiency in technical implementations and troubleshooting.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and ticketing systems.
• Proven track record in driving partner satisfaction.
• Technical knowledge around Automated Program Interfaces (APIs).
