Overview

As the Senior Manager of Product Design at ZayZoon, you’ll guide and grow our Product Design team while staying hands-on in the work that matters most - building intuitive, human-centered experiences that help people access their pay with confidence.

In Short

• Lead and mentor the Product Design team across several product portfolios.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX and product design.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Fullstory, Miro or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies.
• Experience in an agile development environment.
