Overview

The Senior Manager of Data & Analytics will play a key role in evolving the data practice at ZayZoon, managing a team of five data specialists to build strong data foundations for the organization.

• Lead the transition from legacy data systems to a modern technology stack.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of data architecture and engineering.
• Experience with KPI frameworks and change management.
• Proven track record in managing data analytics teams.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Technology Stacks.
• Familiarity with LLM and contextual AI applications.
• Experience in FinTech, HR Tech, Payroll, or Benefits.
