Senior Manager of Data & Analytics - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager of Data & Analytics will play a key role in evolving the data practice at ZayZoon, managing a team of five data specialists and building strong data foundations to support business insights and proactive decision-making.

In Short

• Move ZayZoon from legacy data systems to a modern data technology stack.
• Introduce governance, documentation, and quality in data architecture and infrastructure development.
• Coordinate medallion data pipeline implementation and reporting change management.
• Oversee data operations and grow centralized analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with Ops and Engineering teams on AI LLM and ML applications.
• Manage vendor selection and procurement.
• Foster team growth through coaching and mentorship.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of data architecture and engineering.
• Experience with KPI frameworks and change management.
• Proven track record in managing data analytics teams.
• Strong drive to work from high-level business objectives.
• Understanding of Revenue Technology Stacks.
• Familiarity with LLM, MCP, and RAG/Vector Stores.
• Experience in FinTech, especially in HR Tech, Payroll, or Benefits.
