Game Development and Business Mentor - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Game Development and Business Mentor to join our Xsolla Education Team to support and guide teams in the Xsolla Accelerators, Incubators, and Academy programs.

In Short

• Mentor incubated/accelerated teams.
• Organize and manage weekly meetings with teams.
• Monitor and track team progress.
• Curate course materials based on existing education materials.
• Create detailed reports on teams’ progress.
• Identify and solve problems for teams.
• Attend in-person events as necessary.
• Work autonomously and manage own calendar.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in game business cycle and project management.

• Proven track record of launched game projects.
• Deep understanding of game business cycle.
