Overview

The VP of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands market share in the gaming industry.

In Short

  • Define and execute a growth-oriented sales strategy focused on the video games sector.
  • Lead on revenue targets and work closely with the Head of Customer Success to grow existing customers.
  • Own top-line revenue targets for the gaming vertical.
  • Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities within gaming.
  • Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales approach.
  • Build a growth mindset within the team, encouraging innovation and ownership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise solutions in the video games vertical.
  • Excellent network and knowledge of the gaming industry.
  • Experience in closing high-value deals with major clients.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring sales talent.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations with stakeholder management.
