Overview

The Sales Director at Xsolla is responsible for empowering game creators by providing technical support and sales assistance, ensuring that customer needs are met and products are effectively utilized.

In Short

  • Prepare and give technical presentations to customers.
  • Work with customers and developers to ensure backend meets system requirements.
  • Communicate with the business development team to understand consumer needs.
  • Establish customer rapport and acceptance plans for product modifications.
  • Assist clients in solving problems with Xsolla product usage.
  • Recommend new products and cost-effective solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to close deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Programming, or related field.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Comfortable giving presentations to customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Confluence, Jira, Basecamp, and G Suite.
  • General knowledge of the gaming industry.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Business fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to local shows and partner locations.
