Requirements

• 10+ years in software development, 5+ in leadership roles.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and engineering metrics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Decision-making ability in high-stakes environments.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
