The Director of Development will lead highly technical engineering teams overseeing the development of the PAR Retail platform, driving execution of product engineering initiatives while fostering a culture of collaboration and product-focused development.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development leadership, ideally within a SaaS environment
• Proven track record managing distributed teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with enterprise-scale applications
• Familiarity with service-oriented platform architectures
• Ability to simplify complex systems and processes
• Deep technical expertise and hands-on development experience
• Experience collaborating with internal executives and external stakeholders
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS or other cloud providers
• Experience operating Kubernetes deployments at scale
