Director, Software Development - Remote

Requirements

• 5+ years leading development teams.
• Proven success with SDLC management.
• Experience leading distributed teams.
• Strong technical foundation in Java-based applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of AWS, CI/CD, and security best practices.
• Experience with user-centered design.
• Must reside in Canada.
