Overview

Join our Mariana Tek division as an Account Executive to make a real impact every day. This role involves owning the entire sales process from lead generation through contract close, helping us scale our client base.

In Short

  • Develop sales strategies and meet or exceed quotas.
  • Move leads from qualified prospects to closed customers.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitors' products.
  • Present and demonstrate products to prospective buyers.
  • Compile and analyze data to find trends.
  • Maintain a database of contact information.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Handle complaints and negotiations.
  • Work to develop relationships and sell to potential customers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct Software Sales Experience.
  • Experience selling Business Management solutions.
  • Ability to manage high velocity and complexity deals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert new business.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Competitive and goal-oriented.
  • Demonstrable history of above-target performance.
  • Ability to understand client needs.
