Overview

As an Account Executive in the Mariana Tek division, you will play a crucial role in scaling our client base and enhancing customer experiences through effective sales strategies and relationship building.

In Short

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for high-level clients.
  • Analyze market conditions and competitor products.
  • Maintain a database of contacts and customer information.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Handle customer complaints and negotiations effectively.
  • Work collaboratively to develop new customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct software sales experience.
  • Experience with Business Management solutions is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong lead generation and conversion skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
