In Short

• Support partners to make their first orders and ensure successful processing.
• Communicate with partners globally using various channels.
• Supervise production orders and documentation in CRM and ERP systems.
• Control manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
• Resolve problems that occur during order processing.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve onboarding processes.
• Work in a remote full-time position.
• Must have a structured approach to routine tasks.
• Fluency in English is required; Russian is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; Russian is desirable.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support, procurement, logistics, or order management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Analytical skills to identify and solve problems.
• Stable internet access for remote work.
