Requirements

• Degree in business administration, computer science, or engineering.
• 5+ years in consulting or delivery management.
• 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally in IT or software.
• Deep knowledge of Atlassian tools and DevOps principles.
• Experience using AI tools in projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Interest in AI technologies.
