In Short

• You will be responsible for optimizing and developing our internal accounting processes as our company continues to grow.
• Working closely with colleagues from Operations and Controlling, you will manage and control our transaction activities.
• Your responsibilities include leading the monthly closing process, including accounts payable and receivable bookkeeping and account reconciliation.
• You will maintain important relationships and communications with the tax office and accounting firm to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Directly working with management, you will actively support the preparation of financial reports, business planning, KPI analyses, and funding programs, also using DATEV and other relevant tools.
• You will monitor the licensing business in close collaboration with the license manager to ensure effective management.
• Additionally, you will coordinate transactions for our branch in the USA and regularly communicate with the local tax office.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a comparable field with a focus on accounting and finance.
• You have several years of experience in accounting and can provide references to demonstrate your competencies.
• With your experience, you support management in preparing evaluations and reports, contributing a financial perspective to decision-making processes.
• Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you enjoy contributing to teamwork.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
• As a digital native, you strive to familiarize yourself with our digital business processes, alongside Microsoft Office.
• You are a self-starter and are characterized by the ability to work independently and responsibly.
