• We are looking for a full time Accounting Specialist with healthcare RCM experience.
• This role reports directly to the CEO with a clear trajectory for growth.
• Responsibilities include managing the general ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
• Collaborate with outside consultants and accountants for tax returns and compliance.
• Must have strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in healthcare accounting is preferred.
• This position may be remote.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
• Experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Experience using Advanced MD and/or Waystar is a bonus.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and tech-forward platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Must be tech-forward and adaptable.
• Excellent analytical skills.
