Requirements

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active medical license — multi-state licensure a plus.
• Credentialed with major plans: UHC, Aetna, Humana.
• Strong interest in preventive care, senior health, or chronic condition management.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing via telehealth.
• Collaborative, mission-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
