• Working hours: 40 hrs per week, 8 am - 5 pm PST
• Salary Range: USD 2,500 - 3,000
• Book daily cash transactions into QuickBooks.
• Ensure vendor invoices are updated daily in QuickBooks.
• Oversee banking and financial transactions.
• Manage lender and investor reporting requirements.
• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Supervise bi-monthly payroll.
