Overview

As an Atlassian Consultant at XALT, you will support organizations in optimizing their collaboration and agile processes with Atlassian tools. We help our clients on their journey toward digital transformation and a modern workplace.

In Short

• Support clients in establishing agile and collaborative working practices.
• Advise on the right Atlassian products for collaboration and work processes.
• Analyze and specify business requirements, processes, and concepts.
• Create solution designs.
• Build collaborative intranets based on Confluence.
• Configure workflows in Jira to digitize and automate business processes.
• Manage projects and coordinate the internal development team.
• Work with clients to improve processes and systems.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
• Ideally, have Atlassian certification or interest in it.

Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products.
• Minimum 3 years of project experience working with clients.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes.
• High quality awareness and dedication.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Independent working style.
• Practical administration experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing projects independently.
• Fluent English; German skills are a plus.
