Technical Consultant (Atlassian) - Remote

Overview

The Technical Consultant at The Adaptavist Group will assist customers in utilizing the Atlassian product suite to deliver value through system integration, process automation, and efficiency improvements.

In Short

• Work with customers on Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence.
• Assist in system integration and process automation.
• Provide expert guidance and solution design.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and solution proposals.
• Engage in installations, upgrades, and migrations of Atlassian applications.
• Design and implement custom solutions for Atlassian tools.
• Utilize scripting languages like Groovy and Python.
• Administer databases and perform web integrations.
• Work with application servers on Linux and Windows.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in technical consulting with Atlassian tools.
• Scripting experience in Groovy or Python.
• System administration experience (Linux, Bash scripting).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in presenting solutions to clients.
• Ability to write technical reports.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative and creative thinking abilities.
• Strong collaboration and team player skills.
