Overview

As an IT Coordinator at XALT, you will bridge the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions, working closely with consultants and engineers to solve real customer problems.

In Short

• Clarify requirements and prioritize tasks to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and engineers to find solutions for real customer issues.
• Coordinate ongoing projects, assist in organization, and keep all parties informed.
• Bring structure to technical and organizational processes, both internally and at the customer.
• Support customers operationally in implementing their IT topics, from tool selection to administration.
• Help test new solutions, document knowledge, and make it usable across teams.
• Have the freedom to actively shape your work area and take on responsibility.

Requirements

• Experience working with IT tools (e.g., Atlassian, M365, cloud services, or similar systems).
• Self-organized, reliable, and process-oriented thinking.
• Clear, open communication and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
• Enjoyment in learning new tools and systems.
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable systems.
• Ability to structure, document complex topics, and implement solutions collaboratively.
