Overview

The F&B Coordinator will be responsible for the overall culinary offerings in our 7 hotels across Germany and Austria, developing innovative concepts and ensuring quality and efficiency in operations.

Requirements

Experience in F&B or a comparable field.
Understanding of gastronomic trends and operational processes.
Strong sense of quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly.
Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of teamwork.
Strong communication skills and strategic thinking.
