In Short

• Support day-to-day HR processes including recruiting and onboarding.
• Conduct new hire orientations and maintain employee records in HRIS.
• Manage candidate communications for a positive candidate experience.
• Develop efficient recruiting methods based on business needs.
• Facilitate onboarding processes and assist with new hire paperwork.
• Oversee people operations during onboarding, including coaching and timecard approvals.
• Conduct background checks and I9 verification for new hires.
• Serve as a main point of contact for internal employee requests.
• Aid in employee relations and personnel file maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements affecting HR functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or 2+ years experience.
• Experience at an early stage or high growth startup preferred.
• Phenomenal people skills and experience in hiring and managing employees.
• Experience with recruiting.
• Familiarity with Checkr, Paylocity, and Lever preferred.
• Strong change management skills and emotional intelligence.
