In Short

• Own the onboarding experience for new hires.
• Track and maintain inventory of supplies for phlebotomists.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee requests.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Human Resources.
• Solution-oriented and self-starter.
• Experience in a high growth startup.
• Strong people skills in hiring and managing employees.
• Experience with HR systems like Paylocity preferred.
